Commitment to Inclusion

Accessibility Statement

GoPayhawk is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We actively work to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and hold ourselves to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard.

Our Conformance Status

GoPayhawk aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps make the web more accessible to people with blindness and low vision, deafness and hearing loss, limited movement, speech disabilities, photosensitivity, and combinations of these conditions.

Measures We Take

GoPayhawk takes the following measures to ensure accessibility across gopayhawk.com:

  • Include accessibility as a requirement in all new feature development.
  • Provide visible keyboard focus indicators on all interactive elements.
  • Use semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and ARIA labels throughout.
  • Ensure all images include descriptive alt text; decorative images use alt="".
  • Maintain a minimum 4.5:1 color contrast ratio for normal text and 3:1 for large text.
  • Include skip navigation links so keyboard and screen reader users can bypass repeated content.
  • Support prefers-reduced-motion to limit animations for users who prefer it.
  • Test with keyboard-only navigation and screen reader software (VoiceOver, NVDA).

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some areas of the site may not yet fully meet the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standard. Known limitations include:

  • Third-party contact and lead capture forms — Forms embedded via HubSpot are rendered by a third-party service. While we apply styling to improve their appearance and behavior, we do not have full control over their accessibility implementation. We are actively monitoring these forms and working with HubSpot to improve compliance.
  • Legacy blog content — Some older blog posts published before May 2026 may contain tables or images without sufficient alt text or description. We are auditing and updating this content on an ongoing basis.
  • PDF documents — If PDF documents are linked from the site, they may not be fully accessible. Please contact us if you need a document in an alternative format.

Alternative Formats

If you need any content on this website in an alternative format — including large print, plain text, accessible PDF, or audio — please contact us using the information below. We will respond within 3 business days and provide content in the requested format wherever it is possible to do so.
