GoPayhawk provides merchant services as an independent sales organization (ISO) partnered with Elavon, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Bancorp. Any merchant services agreement you enter into with GoPayhawk is a separate contractual relationship and is governed by the terms of that agreement, not solely these Website Terms.

Information provided on this Website regarding pricing, rates, and fees is provided for general informational purposes only. Actual rates and fees are determined on a per-merchant basis and are set forth in your individual merchant services agreement.

Forms and Submitted Information

When you submit information through any form on this Website — including our contact form or statement analysis request form — you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You consent to GoPayhawk using that information to contact you, evaluate your merchant services needs, and provide you with a savings analysis or quote.

Submission of a form on this Website does not constitute a binding agreement for services. Any formal agreement for merchant services will be documented separately in a written contract.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate merchant services agreement you may have with GoPayhawk, constitute the entire agreement between you and GoPayhawk regarding your use of the Website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
